nymMEDIA Service Pricing
With the nymMEDIA Service, there's only a monthly rental fee. There
are no due dates, late fees or shipping charges. Check out our available Rental
Plans.
Refund of unused funds
When you cancel the nymMEDIA Service and return your last DVD,
we will either refund any balance of fees that you may have pre-paid, allow the balance to
sit on your account until you return (your choice), or make one final charge to your card for
any days that you have not yet paid for. There is one other option which you may elect at the
time you cancel. You may leave any credit balance on your account in anticipation of your
return.
Vacation Hold
If you plan to go on vacation
we can put your account on vacation hold. While your account is on vacation hold, we send
no DVDs to you and you accumulate no rental fees for as long as you have no DVDs out. Vacation
holds can be established on-line, through our website by going to Your Account, and then
Vacation Hold from there.
Open Rental Slots
No matter how well we plan
and how well stocked your rental queue is, we occasionally run into a situation where we
are unable to send a DVD by the next business day. When this occurs we will credit your
account for $.50/day per open rental slot starting from the 2nd day, until we are able to
send a DVD. This credit reduces your next monthly rental fee. Note: This credit is only
applied if your account is in good standing and you maintain a minimum number of titles in
your queue. (Minimum is defined as 10 times the number of DVDs your current plan allows out
at one time.)
Payment by Credit Card

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
We cannot process orders for credit cards with an international billing address
or for credit cards issued by a bank outside the United States. Your credit
card will be billed on the monthly anniversary of your nymMEDIA Service
sign-up. Personal checks are not accepted.
Note: Please be sure
to provide the exact billing zip code your credit card bank has on file
when signing up for nymMEDIA Service. Incorrect information may cause
a delay in processing your order.
Declined Credit Card Charges
If the bank that issued your credit card declines your
monthly membership fee, we will notify you of the fact and your account will
be placed on hold until we are able to successfully charge your membership fees.
Your account will be charged $2.00 to cover the cost of each such failed transaction. We
send out automatic notifications one month before your credit card expires, as
well as the first of the month in which it expires, so you should have plenty
of time to update our records. If you exceed your credit limit on a card you've
given us, just let us know and we'll put your account on hold until you've
cleared it up. If your credit card is stolen, or you cancel it, please update
our records before we attempt to charge it on your membership anniversary.
Payment by Check or Money Order
We will accept a cashier's check, or a money order for rental fees
in lieu of a credit card. However, we require a refundable deposit of $40 per DVD your plan
allows you to have out at any time. We do not send out bills for rental fees. It is your
responsibility to remember to send your monthly payment. If we don't receive your payment by
your monthly anniversary, we will put your account on hold until we have received it. When you
close your account and return all DVDs you have out, we will refund your deposit along with any
unused membership fees paid, less any rental fees that were not collected.
No Shipping Charges
With nymMEDIA Service, shipping is included in
the monthly rental fee. DVDs are shipped individually and we provide
you with a pre-stamped return envelope for every DVD you rent.
Shipping Address
Because of strict laws concerning the distribution
of adult material, we can not ship to Armed Forces or Addresses in KENTUCKY, TENNESSEE, NORTH
CAROLINA (Zip Codes beginning with "282"), UTAH, PUERTO RICO,
VIRGIN ISLANDS or MISSISSIPPI.
