Medical HOT
If you're into medical theme movies this one is for you. A few hot scenes in a hospital setting...a few good threesomes too, if you're into that as well. The scenes are long, with many a hot cum shots. I would recommend to rent, but not worthy of a buy, in my opinion. There are a few hot Latin men in this movie as well.

Triage
The first scene starts with some nice oral by the bottom and pounding by the top. They are joined by two other guys and they take turns fucking the bottom lovely. Titan: Alive and Well
What studio is as consistently hot as Titan? The setting of a medical triage sets the stage for some edgy sexual tastes. Titan regulars, hotty Marco Blaze and top Dirk Jager start the procedures. Great Opening Scene

Edgy
This one was a little edgy for me. Saying that, I did get turned on by some of the alternative forms of intimacy in the movie. The scene with the catheter is a little much for me, but I was curious enough to want to see it. This is a typical Joe Gage film with all of the sexual tension that he always has in his movies. The scene with Marco Blaze is one that I watch again and again. He is a hottie.

Titan Heat
This was a good flick from Titan. Lots of kinky stuff going on. My favorite scene was the Tony Buff and Colton Steele pairing. Buff has got major meat and after a long set up in which he "mummifies" Colton and there's some hot oral action, he takes Colton's cherry and one can appreciate the bottom's moans, groans, and whimpers. A little later Colton's in the missionary position and his climax is fast approaching as Buff drills him to ecstasy--hot stuff! In all honesty I hadn't paid any attention to the reviews of this video before putting it in my queue. Titan vids get put in my queue pretty much as a matter of course. I was not prepared for the amount and kind of kink that are in this one. Things like pissing and fisting are pretty commonplace. I've even seen sounding (rods pushed into penis slits) before. It makes me squirm, but not in a good way. However, I will admit that the saline-filled ball sack, mummification and catheter play are new ones to me in videos. The inflated ball sack was comical more than anything else. Balls the size of honeydews couldn't possibly be a turn-on, could it? The mummification was just odd, but seemingly harmless. U may have a Heart attack
This is what the recent Skuff series (1 to 4 from Hot House) of flicks should have been like - raunchy, sick, and filled with extreme fetishes.
