Customer Service Rep / Web Editor

We're looking for a dynamic individual to fill the Customer Service / Web Editor position at our office in Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey.

Pay rate: commensurate with experience.

Candidates for this position must have:

• Good computer skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Interest in our domain, i.e., Gay Adult Videos, and ability to write and edit reviews of films
• Basic knowledge of HTML
• Some experience with a graphics application (i.e., Adobe Photoshop or similar)
• We work in a Mac environment, so experience on a Mac is helpful, but not essential.
• Exposure to SQL is a definite plus, as is any prior experience using a relational database management system.

Duties:

• You will be the person who will deal directly with our customers, both on the phone, and by email or snail mail.
  
• You will be responsible for picking which titles are added to our library, and then doing the data entry necessary to get those titles added, including scanning cover art, and editing the scanned image for size and other properties before making it available on our web site.
  
• You will place purchase orders for DVDs with our distributors, negotiate prices and receive DVDs.
• You will work with our marketing department and the packaging team, providing support as necessary.

Candidate must be of legal age, legally able to work in the United States, and ideally, will be detail oriented, motivated, self disciplined, and excited by the prospect of working for a small company in a progressive environment.
